Therapy Equipment do not consider the sale to be the end of the package, and is always keen to maintain second to none relationships with its customers by offering extended Warranties and excellent after sales care through the Sales Office, Technical Support and the Team of 8 x Area Sales Managers.
USER SUPPORT &TRAINING
Each product is supplied with step by step instructions on the use of the product, troubleshooting and also information on any Preventative Maintenance recommended.
Therapy Equipment Ltd is able to offer a full reconditioning and repair service, through it's ISO 13485:2012 certified repair area. Whilst we attempt to return all items returned for repair/reconditioning as soon as possible, normal turnaround time is approximately 1-2 weeks from receipt.
In addition to our normal repair and reconditioning service, Therapy Equipment Ltd is also able to supply an on-site Planned Preventative Maintenance Contract.
